Upper Mustang, Upper Dolpo, Manaslu, Lower Dolpo, Rara Lake are some of the examples of Restricted Trekking areas in Nepal where access to foreigners is strictly controlled. These trekking areas are different in many features from ordinary trails. You must travel with the assistance of an executive person and have a special permit.
