Note: We do not allow the purchase of souvenirs containing threatened flora and fauna species, any illegally obtained historic/archaeological artifacts, drugs or illegal substances, and abide by local and international laws in place to prevent this.

Booking and Payment
1.1 To book any of our services, including, hotels, tours, and activities, you must provide us with all necessary details and pay 25 % of total cost during the time of booking and full payment before Arrival.
1.2 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. We will notify you of the booking status and any changes as soon as possible.
1.3 Full payment must be made before arrival of travel date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any international accepted cards in the currency agreed upon.

Changes and Cancellations
2.1 Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made in writing and may be subject to fees or additional charges by the supplier.
2.2 Going Nepal reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, and shall provide a suitable alternative or, subject to refund by deducting certain percent (as per time left).
2.3 Going Nepal is not liable for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred due to changes or cancellations beyond our control.
2.4 The charge of cancellation is, 15 days prior cost no cancellation charge, 1-week prior cost 25% and three-days prior cost 50% of total cost respectively. No show shall not be refunded.

2.1 Some suppliers may offer discounts or free services for children under a certain age, which may vary depending on the supplier’s policy and local regulations, however, in general, Age between 5 to 10 will have to pay 50% of what their parents pays.
2.2 Going Nepal will pass on any available child discounts to you and will inform you of the applicable policies and requirements.
