Going Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a DMC (Destination Management Company) and B2B tourism partner based in Nepal. Despite being a new entrant in the industry, we have achieved remarkable success and are now seeking to partner with successful companies that share our understanding and appreciation for the potential of tourism in Nepal. Our goal is to establish tourism as a thriving industry that can positively impact and improve lives. Nepal is a country with rich natural beauty, historic cultural practices, and diverse religious beliefs and customs. To promote Nepal as a tourism destination, we have launched goingnepal.com, which has become a prominent local travel agency in Nepal for both international and domestic tourists. Our team has decades of experience in serving the tourism industry and has earned the trust of high-level travelers, students, and solo travelers. We are committed to upholding the values of trusted hospitality, tourism entrepreneurship, and social responsibility in our community. We have extended our services beyond geographical boundaries by collaborating with renowned companies around the world. As a renowned travel agency, we prioritize customer satisfaction and honesty in all our operations. We are the only company in Nepal to have initiated the B2B system, which allows interested visitors to log in and customize their trip by viewing hotels, rates, and tourist destinations in Nepal and the neighboring Himalayan regions. We welcome you to Nepal as a tourist and send you back home as an ambassador of Going Nepal.

Note: We do not allow the purchase of souvenirs containing threatened flora and fauna species, any illegally obtained historic/archaeological artifacts, drugs or illegal substances, and abide by local and international laws in place to prevent this.

In the upcoming conditions “You/ Yours” refers to the clients or the byers and venders refers the suppliers such as hotel, resort, vehicle suppliers.

  1. Booking and Payment

1.1 To book any of our services, including, hotels, tours, and activities, you must provide us with all necessary details and pay 25 % of total cost during the time of booking and full payment before Arrival.
1.2 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. We will notify you of the booking status and any changes as soon as possible.
1.3 Full payment must be made before arrival of travel date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any international accepted cards in the currency agreed upon.

  1. Changes and Cancellations

2.1 Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made in writing and may be subject to fees or additional charges by the supplier.
2.2 Going Nepal reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, and shall provide a suitable alternative or, subject to refund by deducting certain percent (as per time left).
2.3 Going Nepal is not liable for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred due to changes or cancellations beyond our control.
2.4 The charge of cancellation is, 15 days prior cost no cancellation charge, 1-week prior cost 25% and three-days prior cost 50% of total cost respectively. No show shall not be refunded.

  1. Travel Documents and Insurance
    3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
    3.2 Going Nepal recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself and your belongings before your travel. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your travel.
  2. Liability and Disclaimer
    4.1 Going Nepal acts only as an intermediary between you and the suppliers of travel services and is not responsible for any acts or omissions of the suppliers or their employees or agents.
    4.2 Going Nepal is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your travel, unless caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
    4.3 Going Nepal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  3. Privacy and Security
    5.1 Going Nepal is committed to protect your privacy and security and shall only collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
    5.2 Going Nepal uses industry-standard security measures to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.
  4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal and any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
  5. Miscellaneous
    7.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Going Nepal and supersede any previous agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
    7.2 Going Nepal reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
    7.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

Child Policy

Going Nepal welcomes children of all ages to experience our travel services. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for children and their families, and have established the following policies:

  1. Age Requirements
    1.1 Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
    1.2 The minimum age requirement for certain activities, such as trekking or adventure sports, may vary depending on the supplier’s policy and local regulations. It is your responsibility to inquire about the age requirements before booking any activity.
  2. Child Discounts

2.1 Some suppliers may offer discounts or free services for children under a certain age, which may vary depending on the supplier’s policy and local regulations, however, in general, Age between 5 to 10 will have to pay 50% of what their parents pays.
2.2 Going Nepal will pass on any available child discounts to you and will inform you of the applicable policies and requirements.

  1. Child Seats and Safety
    3.1 Going Nepal strongly recommends the use of child seats for all children under the age of 8 or under 135cm in height, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
    3.2 It is your responsibility to request a child seat in advance and ensure that it is properly installed and used throughout the journey.
    3.3 Going Nepal is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the failure to use or properly install a child seat.
  2. Child-friendly Accommodations and Activities
    4.1 Going Nepal can recommend child-friendly accommodations and activities upon request, but is not responsible for the suitability or quality of these services.
    4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that the accommodations and activities are suitable and safe for your child/ren, and comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Special Requests and Accommodations
    5.1 If you have any special requests or accommodations for your child, such as dietary restrictions or medical conditions, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
    5.2 Going Nepal will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
  4. Liability and Disclaimer
    6.1 Going Nepal is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to children during their travel, unless caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
    6.2 It is your responsibility to supervise your child at all times and ensure their safety during the travel.
    6.3 Going Nepal recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers your child for any unexpected incidents that may occur during the travel.
