The square is one of the most charming architectural showpieces of the Valley as it highlights the ancient arts of Nepal. The golden effigies of kings perched on the top of stone monoliths, the guardian deities looking out from their sanctuaries, and the wood carvings in every place-struts, lintels, uprights, tympanums, gateways, and windows all seem to form a well-orchestrated symphony. The main items of interest in Durbar Square are.55 Window Palace, the Golden Gate, the Nyatapola Temple, and the Peacock Window. The Durbar Square is also home to many traditional handicraft shops, where visitors can purchase souvenirs and traditional Nepalese crafts. Stop for Dinner somewhere around. Visiting the Namobuddha Monastery: The Namobuddha Monastery is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit, and it is home to a large number of Buddhist monks. After visiting Namobuddha we will drive to Panauti and Visit the Indreshwar Temple: The Indreshwar Temple is a popular tourist attraction in Panauti and is one of the oldest temples in Nepal. It is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva and is an important site for Hindus. Exploring the surrounding area: Panauti is surrounded by beautiful forests and hills, and there are many trails that visitors can explore.
