Our 11 days Adventure Nepal Tour package takes you to different parts of Nepal for experiencing the different nature views, monuments visit, religious and historical places visit, and few days trek to Annapurna Conservation Area Protest (ACAP) which makes you amazed. You will experience the excitement of view of above 8,000m mountains, jungle safari at Royal Chitwan National Park, and sightseeing at Kathmandu and Pokhara.
Our Going Nepal first deals with a Kathmandu world Heritage Sits and monuments visit.  After sightseeing in Kathmandu we will head for Pokhara for more adventure tour. In Pokhara we will visit the famous Sarangkot and explore Pokhara city. 2 days treks into ACAP make you more adventure. Visiting the Ghandruk Village, biggest settlement of Gurung community in eastern. Different mountains like Annapurna I (8091m), South Annapurna (7219m), Patal Hiunchuli (6441m), Machhepuchhre (6997m), Mardi Himal (5553m) etc can be clearly seen from Ghandruk Village. After some memorable trek to ACAP, we will return to Pokhara City and ready to drive to Chitwan for Jungle Safari. After spending a day in Chitwan, we will drive back to Kathmandu.

Trip Information Accommodation:
Accommodation in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan on BB plan. This tour is more designed for the star categories hotel and 2Nights in lodge/Tea House. The meals comprised of American, Nepali & Chinese cuisines. The meals served on breakfast during welcome and farewell dinner is included within the price. Snacks, mineral water is included but alcoholic beverages are not included within the price. During the stay in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan, we provide 10 nights’ double sharing accommodation within star categorized hotels and Tea house/Lodge at ACAP.

Mostly we do arrange a trip with single supplement (except for some region most of the regions needs min. 2 persons). Before booking the trip, you make sure that you do have a group and then only we will arrange the trip in a huge scale as per your request.

Climate and Weather:
A country with a diversified culture does have a diversified topography as well beginning from 60 meters to top of the planet 8,848 meters i.e. the top of Mt. Everest. We have arid season start from October until May and the rainy season (monsoon) from June to September. All season are better for the sightseeing but during the end of winter (end of March) is best for the clear tour.


Passport and Visa Necessities:
The foremost thing to confirm before traveling to this trek is to check your passport and its valid date. Passports must have at least 6 months’ validity just after ending date of your trip. We must need your copy of passport and its full details sent either by fax or scan. While staying in Nepal you will need a visa which can be gotten in advance from the Nepalese Embassy in your country or you can even get on arrival at the airport in Kathmandu (Conditions: Within a peak season you need to wait long in the airport to get your visa). Fees charged while delivering tourist visa by the Mission or entry point:
US Dollars 40 or another convertible foreign currency equivalent for 30days multiple entry visas.
US Dollars 100 or another convertible foreign currency equivalent for 90days multiple entry visas.
Notwithstanding anything written in clause (a) and (b), no visa fee shall be applicable to the passport holder of member states of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) for 30 days.
US Dollars 25 or another convertible foreign currency equivalent thereto for 15days multiple entry visas.


Required Fees:
We need to have permission in many places in Nepal for a tour. Mostly the sightseeing tour of Nepal are listed in World Heritage list so, we need world heritages site entry permits. Along with the sightseeing we need TIMS cars and ACAP permit for trekking. All these relevant entry fees are included/excluded in the given cost(according to a proposal) except the personal donations & contribution. Just in case of any such unassured conditions we will inform you if any additional fees are required or not before you make a booking with us.

Both advance payment and full payment are possible through the bank transfer or as per your comfort we do have a procedure pay through your Credit Card (VISA/MASTER CARD) along the details within the booking form. After you choose the process of advance payment in an appropriate way still we want a signed and completed booking form for the confirmation. Once we received a completed and signed booking form with the mentioned amount of payment, bookings will only be confirmed and we start looking forward towards our trip together.

Q: How long hours do I have to walk each day?
A: There is no fixed time to walk each day. From a few minutes minimum to 1 hours’ maximum, you shall walk. Check the itinerary to see how long you shall walk each day.

Q: How difficult is the tour?
A: The walk into the sightseeing area is easy ones. In some places, you have to face the stairs trials.

Q: What kind of food do I get there?
A: During a tour, you will find a different restaurant and lodge. Every restaurant and lodge serves the traditional Nepali meal Dal Bhat (rice and lentil soup). Many of them have western food on the menu. Soft drinks, snacks, and beer are available in most of the restaurant and lodge.

Q: What kind of clothes is needed for a tour?
A: The normal clothes that you wear is better for the tour.

Q: What type of shoes should I have? 
A: For a tour, comfortable tennis shoes or snickers is enough which should be kind of strong, well-made but light boots. 

Q: What happens in the case of an emergency?
A: We are prepared for any emergency situation and know how to handle it. Our guides are trained in first aid and can deal with most of the basic ailments that occur during hiking. Every client should have his own insurance before coming to Nepal for the case of an emergency.

Q: How much weight of luggage can I carry?
A: You can carry light handbags and gadget accessories with you.

Q: What about the phone? Does it work there?
A: Yes, the telephone service exists in the place you visit. The network will work properly.

Q: Do I have to carry a Passport, Money, Id with me during the tour?
A: Yes, you have to carry Password, Money, Id, and Travel permit along with you during the tour.
