We, four women from Spain booked a tourist tour with GoingNepal to learn more from Nepal. Our tour consisted in several days in Kathmandu before and after our tour
We stayed at the Kasthamandap Hotel, wich is a very cosy and clean Boutique Hotel in Thamel, in at quiet location, with very friendly personnel. The breakfast was a buffet and very tasty.
We had guided sightseeing tour in Spanish to the main places like Durbhar Square, Pashupatinat, Budanath, Swayambhu. The guide was a very professional and kind person.
They day after we took a flight to Bharatpur to visit Chitwan National Park.
We preferred the flight instead of road transport, to save time and avoid possible difficulties in the roads due to the monsoon season. We think this was a very good decision, because you arrive there in 30 minutes.
Here we stayed at the Rhino Residency Hotel. A very nice and clean hotel with a swimming pool and big, beautiful and well-kep garden, were we could relax after the marvellous tours to the Park where we saw rhinos, crocodiles, monkeys and dears. The meals in the Rhino Residency hotel were European like and personnel very friendly. Included the guide of the hotel who gave expert explanations during the tours.
Our next step was Pohkara, where we drove by tourist bus. An interesting, comfortable and pleasant trip.
Here we were at the Hotel Tuki Resort, well located, nice and friendly. GoingNepal arranged also here a City Tour.
The next travel was from Pokhara to Bhandipur.
At Bhandipur we stayed at the Bhandipur Chen in the main street. A very cosy and clean hotel with very friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Bhandipur is an absolute jewel and worth seeing.
Our next stop was Bhaktapur where we stayed at the Bhaktapur Khwapa Chhen just in front of the old city doors. The hotel is an old Newari house, a little bit old, but the views are impressing. Very friendly staff and tasty breakfast.
Nagarkot was the next place we visit. An impressing hotel with marvellous views, although it was monsoon season we succeeded in seeing the Himalayas. The Hotel was fantastic with its terrace garden and decoration. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
All the transport and room reservations were organised by GoingNepal. We were always in contact with Mr. Lila, who was available for any question or doubt during our tour.
We had an unforgettable stay in Nepal and highly recommend GoingNepal services.
All the best,
