Dear Guests and Business partners,

We have made Safety Protocols for management staffs, Our Clients, Vehicles, Drivers and Tour/Trekking Guides and supporting staffs. Hotels we use for our Clients are completely follow the safety protocols,

AIRPORT TRANSFERS PROTOCOLS OF OUR COMPANY:

Our Clienteles will be transferred to the designated places of stay by a vehicle arranged by us.

Our vehicles transporting you to Hotel or sightseeing destinations should be adhered to Nepal Government’s recommended guidelines and ensure the number of passengers inside a vehicle is limited to maintain the recommended safe distancing between seated passengers; this condition may be relaxed, if one family is traveling together.

Clienteles should sanitize hands and disinfectant footwear and belongings prior to boarding a vehicle and wearing of face masks is compulsory during the journey.ü The vehicle driver and our pick-up representative should wear face masks and maintain a safe physical distance of minimum 1.5 meter at all times, including greeting and handling of luggage.

OUR MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR VALUABLE GUESTS AND THEIR MOVEMENTS

We arrange safe transportations for guests to travel within the designated itinerary. The assigned vehicles and crews should strictly adhere to health and safety procedures recommended by government of Nepal.

We assign only registered and certified tour guides (City guides, Trekking Guides, Nature guides, Climbing Guides) and other supporting staff for all groups; * no tour guides, drivers, supporting staffs will be assigned for a tour if they have symptoms of COVID-19 (sneezing, coughing, fever, stomachache, diarrhea, etc.).

The guests/group members should be informed and educated on health and safety measures of the country as well as the expected behavior while on tour.

As far as possible, arrange tickets to attractions and activities via online or advance bookings in order to avoid exposing of groups to overcrowding situations at such places.

Officials of the company should carry out regular temperature checks of the guests/group members and observe them for respiratory symptoms (coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, etc.) during tours; the observation of all notable health conditions should be recorded and maintained.

Any guest/group member with a temperature of 37oC and/or with respiratory symptoms should be directed to seek immediate medical assistance; the incident should be reported to the nearest designated COVID19 treatment hospital.

The guest/group member and the accompanying guide/staff of our company will be strictly advised and instructed to maintain the safe physical distancing of 1.5 meter at all times and during all interactions of a tour. We encourage electronic contactless payment methods for safety of client as well as to speed up the process and reduce cash handling.

We request our guests/group members to maintain health records and self-declarations in a systematic and traceable manner and securely keep such records for at least 30 days. Our company will provide one face mask and certified sanitizers for their personal use during the tour.

We update the protocols as per the situations.
